Return and Cancellation Policy

Return & Cancellation Policy:

We take pride in crafting each wreath with care and attention to detail. Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges and order cancellations under the following conditions:

• Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.
• Exchanges: If your wreath arrives damaged or defective, please contact us directly at contact@gingersjoy.com within 48 hours of delivery with order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly offer an exchange for a similar item, but the original item must be returned first. Please keep in mind that return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Restrictions: Custom or personalized orders cannot be exchanged or returned. Additionally, we are not responsible for damages caused by improper handling, weather exposure, or carrier mishandling.
